Product Description

Vedic Way’s Pure Bilona Ghee is made from organic A2 milk procured from certified Desi Gir cows.

  • 100% Pure and Chemical-Free!
  • No Lactose or Casein
  • No Preservatives Added!
  • Heart Healthy and Rich in Vitamins and Omega Fats!

  • At Vedic Way, we prepare desi A2 cow ghee using the traditional Bilona method stated in Ayurveda, i.e by extracting ghee from curd (dahi) instead of malai. Our A2 milk is sourced from healthy, happy cows who are fed organic fodder and looked after well at our farms.

The milk (without separating the fat) is curdled overnight and hand-churned to obtain clarified butter, i.e makkhan. This makkhan is then simmered on a cow dung fire to remove all moisture content and increase its shelf life.

It takes almost 30 liters of whole cow milk to make just 1 liter of Bilona Ghee. So the ghee made using this traditional method is superior in nutrients. It is easier to digest and yet adds richness to your meals when used as a tadka or a dressing.

It has a high smoke point so works as a substitute to refined oils for cooking and frying purposes too. You can also slather it on your body to moisturize dry skin.

Our Bilona ghee is so tasty that it will fill you with nostalgia from your childhood days. Eat 2 spoonfuls of this ghee raw or with your meals to improve your strength and immunity.

Vedic Way Bilona ghee is just pure, nutritious goodness packed with love in sustainable glass jars. Truly the best organic A2 cow ghee you can buy in India. Try it once and see it for yourself!

    Meet the farmer

    Vedic Way

    Ghee & Oils

Organic and sustainable farming were the two integral principles of ancient Vedic philosophy.

Back in those days, everything was untouched by chemicals, pure and harmoniously in sync with the planet. Nature provided us everything we need to grow and survive. And in return were protected and revered as deities of worship. Fast forward to today where time-tested farming practices have been replaced with modern technologies. They are slowly but steadily destroying biodiversity and adding poison to our daily lives. These days, terms like ‘organic’ and ‘sustainable’ are mere marketing claims for many players in the market. It has even led the common man to consider the organic lifestyle to be an indulgence for the rich and luxurious. We aim to remove toxins from your life by making our soil fertile once again. We want to give you pure milk to drink and residue-free agri-produce to eat. We want to raise disease-free children who will uplift our humanity further. We want our kids to grow up to respect and appreciate the resources and wisdom our ancestors left for us. By highlighting our local and regional produce, we want to empower our hard-working farmer community who have joined us in this organic movement.
